      * Setup and troubleshoot specific wireless network hardware.
      * Telephone or on site tech support for various problems such as Network Hardware, Wireless Internet Hardware,
          Server Security, Firewalls, Internet connections, Operating Systems, and PC hardware installation and setup.
      * I'm experienced in using Dos, Windows 3.1, 95, 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000, 2000 Server, XP, Microsoft Office
          software (Word, Excell, Powerpoint, Access), Novell Server and Workstation, and several versions of
          Linux OS as secure servers, firewalls, and desktop machines (mainly RedHat, Caldera, and United Linux).
