As a result of the extremely successful concert last weekend, the fulfillment of group goals, the neglect of some important things, possible sale of the current practice facility, and just plain burnout of certain band members (Kris), there will be no more regular 'practice' sessions. Special events, band updates, and future plans will continue to be posted here.

Lots of pics added to Gallery. Well, vacation is over and the shows have all been played. Now it's time to relax for a while. We played 4 shows in the span of 8 days from July 2nd to the 9th. All of them on the new stage, which worked great. We're still recuperating from sleep depravation. The best show was the last one up at the dam. It was the best we've ever sounded. We thought we were gonna have to cancel because there was a pretty bad storm during the afternoon, but the Lord cleared up the weather and the evening was perfect. It was cool and the air was a bit moist so our vocals weren't strained. We could hear ourselves really well through the monitors, and the audience had never heard us before so it was fun playing for them because they actually listened and applauded. And that was the only show that we've gotten paid for. We ended up playing for 4 hours! They even called us back for an encore of 'Take It Easy' which just so happens to be our favorite and best song. It was the perfect finale. Our best show. The Lord is Awesome.

Pics added to Gallery. The stage is ready to use! There are still a few minor cosmetic things that need done, but as far as we're concerned, IT'S DONE! The wood will be stained later because right now it's too green. It has trapdoors in the floor that I'll get pics of later. Now we get to use it.

Pics added to Gallery. The stage now has carpet on the inside and most of the decking on top. We worked till we ran our of wood. More is being cut today. The canopy has been assembled and is ready to mount as soon as the deck is finished being laid and painted. The stage will be fully assembled and ready for a gig in a matter of days. If anyone has noticed that almost all of the pictures have Don or Paul doing all the work, it's because Kris is holding the camera. He's working too. Don and Paul did the carpeting on Saturday. On Sunday while Paul was assembling the canopy and cutting boards to length, Kris was screwing down the decking. More pictures to come as it nears completion.

Pics of Don painting the Stage added to Gallery. Don has been working for days to finish the paint job and he finished this afternoon. He did the whole job himself from the prep and primer to the final coat. It looks great! Thanks Don. It's no longer the rusty heap that it was a few weeks ago.

Pics of Dan, Don with his new bass, and the Stage added to Gallery. Don's been working tirelessly for days on the prep and painting. More pics to come as it progresses.

Songs added to both 'Finals' and 'Practice' downloads sections. A v2.0 song added to Kris' Demo CD. The show in the park today was cancelled due to bad weather. It was raining off and on all day and our equipment is too valuable to risk destroying it for a church picnic that could have been relocated. So, we spent the day recording instead. We've got quite a few good tracks of the girl's songs. Especially good is the a cappella version of "Down in the River to Pray." Check it out.

Pic added to gallery. We're building a portable stage. It's basically a houseboat that we're going to convert into a stage. It's just an ugly rusty heap at the moment but in a few weeks it will be fully functional with power, railing, trapdoor, removable roof and back wall. Keep checking here for progress.

Kris wrote a new song titled 'Judgment Day'. Recording coming soon. If the weather holds we have a show scheduled for Sunday the 15th at 4pm at the Bandshell in the Emmett park. We'll be playing during a church picnic. Everyone's welcome to show up and listen even if they're not with the church group. Bring your own chairs.

The show yesterday in the park went very well. The sound was excellent and we received a lot of applause. We had a few minor issues but nothing too substantial. Kris even had a head cold the morning of the show and was battling a headache and stuffy nose, but the Lord cleared his head for the afternoon during the performance and he was able to sing as if he was not sick. Once the show was over his headache came back and his nose got stuffy again. Praise the Lord. The weather was absolutely perfect. 70 degrees and just a very slight breeze. The sun was shining and the birds were chirping. Again, Praise the Lord. There were pictures and videos taken during the show. Check'em out.

Change of plans. It's looking like the Thursday evening show will be cancelled. The Saturday show at the bandshell is still a go. The site is now complete other than the picture section which will have pics in about a week. There should be some videos in the Download section soon too. Stay tuned.

Dan will be in Idaho April 12-20. The band will be playing at a local church on the 14th and in the bandshell on the 16th. We're looking into having some shirts made for the band. They'll also be for sale on this site when they're ready. The Download section of the site is finished. All other sections are mostly finished but still need minor additions.
